Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in graphic design, Visual Communication, Fine Arts, or related field.
- Minimum of 3+ years’ experience in brand and graphic design.
- Strong portfolio showcasing branding, marketing creatives, and report design.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, and presentation tools.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Responsibilities
- Develop and refine brand identities for new products, subsidiaries, and group entities, ensuring consistency across all touchpoints.
- Design creatives for internal departments, including branded templates (PowerPoint, email signatures, birthday templates), office touchpoints, and presentation redesigns.
- Design marketing materials such as flyers, brochures, event branding assets, and email marketing creatives.
- Create branded merchandise and onboarding materials (shirts, lapel pins, mugs, ID cards, stationery, business cards).
- Develop social media creatives aligned with approved content calendars.
- Design periodic reports and publications including the Norrenberger Economic Outlook and Corporate Sustainability Report for print and digital distribution.
