Qualifications
- First Degree in related field
- Post Graduate qualifications in Finance, business related or quantitative discipline is an added advantage
- 10 years experience in effective management of benefits transaction requests and tracking of resolution to ensure no instruction is omitted or delayed.
- Advanced knowledge of pension operations and benefits administration, including withdrawal benefits, programmed withdrawal, annuities, and death benefit processing
- Proven track record in ensuring adequate documentation of benefits processes and payment checklists for all categories of benefits applications
- Expertise in high-volume transaction processing, including NEFT and other payment platforms and proven ability to manage failed/returned transactions and client resolution workflows.
- Deep understanding of pension regulations, compliance requirements, and regulatory reporting standards and ability to interpret policies, enforce controls, and ensure audit readiness
