Job Summary

  • Our client is seeking to hire an experienced Head Chef to lead our culinary team.

  • The Head Chef will be responsible for menu planning, food preparation, and overseeing kitchen operations to ensure the highest quality of food and service.

Duties

  • Plan and develop menus that appeal to children while incorporating healthy and nutritious options
  • Ensure all menu items are prepared to the highest standard of quality, taste, and presentation
  • Accommodate various dietary needs and restrictions, such as gluten-free, vegetarian, and allergy concerns
  • Supervise kitchen staff, including training, scheduling, and performance management
  • Monitor inventory levels and order supplies as needed to maintain efficient kitchen operations
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen and storage areas, and ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless service and guest satisfaction
  • Oversee food preparation and plating to ensure consistency and quality
  • Develop and maintain relationships with local vendors and suppliers.
