Minimum Requirements

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in marketing, communications, branding, public relations, digital marketing, media, or related fields.

  • Candidates with 6–10 years of relevant experience are strongly encouraged to apply.

  • Minimum 2 years of team leadership or management experience.

  • Proven track record of building brands, leading campaigns, managing communications, and driving audience growth.

  • Experience working across multiple products, services, or business units is advantageous.

  • Strong commercial awareness and business acumen.


Responsibilities

Brand Strategy & Brand Management

  • Develop and oversee brand strategies across all Group companies.

  • Define and strengthen brand positioning.

  • Ensure consistency across all brand touchpoints.

  • Develop and maintain brand guidelines and standards.

  • Protect and strengthen brand reputation.

  • Oversee visual identity, messaging, tone of voice, and brand consistency.

  • Support the creation of premium, globally competitive brands.

Marketing Strategy & Audience Growth

  • Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies across all Group companies.

  • Create marketing plans aligned with growth and commercial objectives.

  • Increase brand awareness and market visibility.

  • Drive audience growth across digital and offline channels.

  • Support customer acquisition initiatives.

  • Identify opportunities to strengthen market positioning.

  • Monitor industry trends and competitor activity.

Communications & Corporate Messaging

  • Develop communication frameworks and messaging strategies.

  • Oversee internal and external communications.

  • Ensure messaging remains clear, consistent, and aligned with organisational objectives.

  • Manage major announcements, launches, campaigns, and public communications.

  • Support stakeholder communication initiatives.

  • Strengthen communication standards across the Group.

Public Relations & Media Relations

  • Develop and execute public relations strategies.

  • Build and maintain relationships with journalists, media houses, publishers, influencers, and industry commentators.

  • Identify media opportunities that increase visibility and credibility.

  • Manage press releases, interviews, media engagements, and public announcements.

  • Support reputation management initiatives.

  • Position Group companies and leadership as respected industry voices.

Content Strategy & Thought Leadership

  • Develop and oversee content strategies across all businesses.

  • Lead content creation initiatives across written, visual, audio, and video formats.

  • Oversee blogs, newsletters, social media content, articles, interviews, podcasts, and thought leadership initiatives.

  • Identify stories and content opportunities that strengthen engagement and brand awareness.

  • Support executive and founder personal branding initiatives.

  • Ensure content aligns with business objectives and brand standards.
