- Lead IT infrastructure services team, setting goals, prioritizing projects, and managing budgets.
- Define overall mission of the infrastructure services team.
- Provide operational support for network operations and technical assistance center.
- Develop and articulate IT strategies and vision to stakeholders.
- Collaborate with IT and business leaders to implement strategic plans for IT infrastructure.
- Design scalable, fault-tolerant network architecture for corporate clients.
- Manage technical operations, setting strategic direction and objectives.
- Lead technology infrastructure implementation and operation.
