Requirements

• 6+ years of IT leadership or specialized technical experience.
  
• Expertise in software engineering, architecture, cybersecurity, or project management.
  
• Bachelor’s degree required;
  
• Master’s degree or certifications (PMP, CISSP, TOGAF, AWS Solutions Architect) preferred.
  

• Design, develop, and maintain banking applications and systems.
  
• Manage infrastructure, networks, and cloud environments.
  
• Ensure cybersecurity compliance and protect critical systems.
  
• Support business units by translating requirements into IT solutions.
  
• Drive agile processes, product delivery, and project execution.
  
• Provide troubleshooting, testing, and technical support.
  
• Mentor junior staff and contribute to strategic technology initiatives.
