Responsibilities
- Sales & Lead Generation: Generate quality leads, update potential investor databases, and meet monthly sales targets and tasks assigned by the Sales Manager.
- Client Advisory: Counsel buyers on investment opportunities, ROI, mortgages, and project features.
- Transaction Management: Prepare purchase agreements, coordinate property closings, and oversee the signing of documents and disbursement of funds.
- Site Support: Accompany buyers during property visits to advise on suitability and value.
- Strategy & Meetings: Organize meetings to discuss sales activities and decide on improvement strategies.
- After-Sales: Ensure proper after-sales support and services are provided to clients.
