  • Strong knowledge of customer service best practices

  • Strong reporting and documentation skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and general computer use
Responsibilities
  • Review customer orders and plan, schedule, and coordinate delivery activities
  • Oversee daily delivery operations, providing guidance as needed
  • Track deliveries and resolve issues or delays promptly
  • Serve as the primary contact for customer delivery inquiries and concerns
  • Provide excellent customer service and handle complaints professionally
  • Build and maintain strong customer relationships
  • Prepare and maintain delivery records, reports, and documentation
  • Provide timely delivery status updates to customers
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure a seamless customer experience
  • Identify and implement process improvements for efficiency and cost savings
  • Maintain quality assurance standards in all customer interactions
  • Create and manage product listings (descriptions, pricing, images) on the website
  • Assist with stock counts and inventory reconciliation
  • Support weekly/monthly reporting on inventory, deliveries, and operations
