Responsibilities
- Review customer orders and plan, schedule, and coordinate delivery activities
- Oversee daily delivery operations, providing guidance as needed
- Track deliveries and resolve issues or delays promptly
- Serve as the primary contact for customer delivery inquiries and concerns
- Provide excellent customer service and handle complaints professionally
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships
- Prepare and maintain delivery records, reports, and documentation
- Provide timely delivery status updates to customers
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure a seamless customer experience
- Identify and implement process improvements for efficiency and cost savings
- Maintain quality assurance standards in all customer interactions
- Create and manage product listings (descriptions, pricing, images) on the website
- Assist with stock counts and inventory reconciliation
- Support weekly/monthly reporting on inventory, deliveries, and operations
