Safety knowledge

Description

Lead team of delivery officers, responsible for fleet coordination, supporting the drivers, and oversight of asset management and inventory control while generating varied data for decision making.

Key Duties

Manage Delivery Officers to ensure adherence to schedules, and standard practice, and process trip data.
Optimization of Mileage.
Ensure truck availability for client usage.
Manage maintenance and tyre costs.
Monitor Breakages and Fuel Overages.
Safety champion: accident reduction through strong drivers’ engagement and pep talks.
Generation of varied data as required for reporting purposes.
