Requirements / Skills
- A professionally qualified maintenance operations Engineer with a University Degree (BSc or equivalent) in Engineering.
- Maintenance & Integrity Engineering professional of at least 8 years’ experience - a substantial portion of which must have been spent in performing and supervising maintenance activity in the field.
- Ability to manage and drive multidiscipline teams in a multi-cultural environment. Self-motivated and achievement oriented. Strong interpersonal skills and man management skills.
- Analytical mind and ability to apply constituent of management system to asset (plan, execute, measure, review feedback). Proven experience in team leading/supervising, staff development/mentoring/motivation and team building skills are essential.
- Competence in multi-disciplinary maintenance and operations activities
- Knowledge of production operations and Effective interpersonal & team skills.
- Skilled in project management, finance controls and contract management.
- Ability to analyze complex issues and establish a clear objective driven plan with appropriate performance indicators and milestones.
- Skilled in HSSE leadership & management within sphere of influence
- Skilled in oral and written communication. Able to convey complex issues to technical and non-technical audiences of different levels of education.
- Manage KPIs (QHSSE, AIPSM compliance (SCE PM & CM compliance), LTO and compliance with statutory inspections, Equipment and terminal/BNAG/CLP facility availability, Maintenance contribution to UOC and Budget performance, Shutdown and IAP compliance, People issue and so on).
