Qualifications & Experience

Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or Business Management
MBA is an added advantage.
Relevant certifications such as ITIL, PMP, or Agile are required.
Minimum of 10–12 years progressive experience in Information Technology or ERP systems.
Strong experience in enterprise applications (ERP, CRM).
Experience managing application support teams and third-party vendors.
Exposed to Microsoft Fabric or modern analytics architectures is an advantage

Lead and oversee the Group Business Applications portfolio, including ERP (D365 F&O) and other enterprise systems, ensuring alignment with organizational strategy and business objectives.
Provide strategic direction and governance for application development, implementation, and support services.
Manage and supervise technical and functional teams to ensure effective delivery, performance, and continuous improvement.
Drive the evolution of the organization’s applications architecture and ensure standardization, scalability, and integration across platforms.
Partner with business stakeholders to maximize value from enterprise applications.
Govern application enhancements, upgrades, and transformation initiatives.
Manage vendors and technology partners to ensure quality delivery and value realization.
Monitor emerging technologies and drive innovation and process improvement.
