Manager - Regional Technical, Edo

• First degree in Electrical/Electronics and Telecommunications Engineering or related fields
  
• M. Sc/MBA will be an added advantage
  
• Fluent in English
  

• Minimum 3 years’ experience working in the Telecommunications industry
  

• Approve regional operations input into the annual site and upgrade planning.
  
• Liaise with regional marketing and S&D to correlate network performance with business performance
  
• Implement procedures, processes and systems to track and monitor Network service quality and customer-service standards within the region.
  
• Ensure coordination of all operations and optimization activities towards meeting set KPI and customer experience targets.
  
• Own end to end network and customer experience KPI's within the region.
  
• Ensure effective distribution, utilization and management of staff and resources in the region to achieve agreed objectives
  
• Design, plan and maintain guidelines/standards from centralized functions and translate into executable activities with regional staff.
  
• Develop and produce reports to evaluate/benchmark regional performance in accordance with Network Division guidelines.
  
• Rate vendor performance and indicate areas of improvement as well as timelines for improvement.
  
• Ensure network prioritization is maintained in line with P10 objectives.
