Job Description
- Oversee the daily operations of the Operating Theatre, including staff management, scheduling, and coordination of surgical procedures.
- Ensure that the operating rooms are adequately prepared for. surgeries, with all necessary equipment and supplies.
- Implement and monitor adherence to operating room policies, procedures, and safety standards.
- Collaborate with surgeons, anesthesiologists, and other healthcare professionals to optimize surgical workflows and patient outcomes.
