Qualifications & Experience
- 5 O’Level credits, including Mathematics and English.
- NABTEB / City & Guilds (C&G) Technical in Electrical or related discipline.
- Minimum of two years’ relevant experience in a similar role within a manufacturing or industrial environment.
Responsibilities
- Monitor packing machines to ensure proper functionality and report any unusual noise, malfunction, or operational issue.
- Supervise Assistant Packing Machine Operators to ensure efficient workflow and adherence to operational standards.
- Support the Packing Superintendent in ensuring machines operate and are adjusted according to approved standards.
- Load and unload products into packaging machines and remove rejected or defective packages during operations.
- Maintain housekeeping and sanitation standards to ensure a clean and hygienic production environment.
- Participate in routine maintenance activities to support optimal machine performance.
- Ensure compliance with Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP), Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE) policies.
- Generate and maintain accurate reports on production and packaging activities.
