Requirements:
- Minimum of HND, or Bachelor’s degree in: Food Technology or related disciplines
- University and Polytechnic graduates are encouraged to apply
- Minimum of 3 years in a Flavor Company or in similar position in an FMCG company.
- Strong numerical and organizational skills in liaising with flavor houses.
- Basic proficiency in Microsoft Excel and computer applications
- Ability to work in a fast-paced operational environment
- Good communication and teamwork skills
- High level of integrity and attention to detail
- Project management skills are essential.
Responsibilities
- Flavor Development & recipe creation
- Formulates new recipes in Noodle / Snacks categories
- Documents new and existing formulation
- Cost analysis & Flavor profiling.
- Efficient Sensory Evaluation management
