Description
Plan and manage construction projects from start to finish.
Develop project schedules, budgets, and work plans.
Coordinate with architects, engineers, contractors, and subcontractors.
Monitor project progress and ensure adherence to timelines.
Manage project risks and resolve technical or operational issues.
Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations.
Oversee procurement of materials and resource allocation.
Prepare and present project status reports to stakeholders.
Monitor quality of work to ensure it meets required standards.
Conduct site meetings and supervise on-site personnel.
Manage project documentation and ensure proper record-keeping.
Requirements
Bachelors Degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
Minimum of 6–8 years of experience in construction project management.
Proven experience managing residential or commercial construction projects.
Strong knowledge of construction processes and project lifecycle management.
Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., MS Project, Primavera).
Excellent leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.
Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Professional certification (e.g., PMP) is an added advantage.
