Requirements
- Master’s Degree in Project Management, Business Administration, Public Administration, Social Sciences, International Relations, or a related field with a minimum of three (3) years’ experience performing a similar role in a well-structured environment.
Responsibilities
- Support the planning, coordination, and implementation of high-level meetings, workshops, conferences, stakeholder engagements, and other project-related events.
- Coordinate schedules, logistics, invitations, briefing materials, and meeting documentation to ensure seamless execution of activities.
- Monitor project timelines, deliverables, and action points, ensuring timely follow-up and completion.
- Assist in the preparation of project work plans, activity schedules, progress reports, and implementation updates.
- Liaise with internal and external stakeholders, including government officials, partners, consultants, and service providers, to facilitate effective project delivery.
- Support stakeholder relationship management by coordinating communications, follow-up actions, and engagement activities.
- Represent the organization professionally during meetings, engagements, and project-related events, as delegated.
- Prepare and maintain meeting agendas, minutes, presentations, concept notes, correspondence, and other project documentation.
- Maintain accurate records, filing systems, and databases for project information, reports, and stakeholder engagements.
- Support procurement processes, vendor coordination, and operational logistics required for project implementation.
- Assist in budget monitoring, expense tracking, and the documentation of project expenditures.
