Technical Expertise & Skills
- Minimum of a University Degree, HND, ND, OND or NCE in related field.
- Minimum of 1-year experience in a similar role.
- Excellent ability in computer skills especially Microsoft applications.
- Good understanding of CPIMS+ Primero application
- Having strong understanding of child protection in emergency (CPiE) programming.
- Strong analytical skills.
- Excellent English language writing and speaking skills.
- Fluency in Local Language is mandatory.
- Ability to work collaboratively with others colleagues
- Ability to organize ideas in a logical and structured manner.
- Ability to prioritize workload and manage multiple tasks and deadlines
Responsibilities
- He/she provide confidential, survivor-centered case management, including assessment, planning, referral, and follow-up for GBV survivors. This includes providing psychological first aid and navigating referrals for legal or health services.
- He/she implement, monitor, and evaluate GBV prevention activities, such as community dialogues, awareness campaigns, and training to reduce risks.
- He/she Conduct outreach, sensitize community members, and engage local leaders to promote safe environments and positive gender norms.
- He/She coordinate with other humanitarian actors and stakeholders to strengthen referral pathways. Maintain detailed, accurate, and confidential records of cases and activities for reporting.
- He/she offer training on GBV, child protection, and psychosocial support to staff, volunteers, and community members.
- He/she adhere strictly to confidentiality, safety, and ethical standards, including Protection Mainstreaming principles and organizational policies.
