  • Ability to work under pressure and meet sales targets.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and sales reporting tools.
Responsibilities
  • Drive sales growth and achieve regional sales targets.
  • Manage and develop distributor and customer relationships across Lagos.
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer demand.
  • Lead, supervise, and motivate the sales team to ensure high performance.
  • Develop and execute sales and market penetration strategies.
  • Ensure effective product availability and visibility within assigned territories.
  • Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and market intelligence updates.
  • Conduct regular market visits and support distributors in achieving business objectives.
