Responsibilities
- Drive sales growth and achieve regional sales targets.
- Manage and develop distributor and customer relationships across Lagos.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer demand.
- Lead, supervise, and motivate the sales team to ensure high performance.
- Develop and execute sales and market penetration strategies.
- Ensure effective product availability and visibility within assigned territories.
- Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and market intelligence updates.
- Conduct regular market visits and support distributors in achieving business objectives.
