To be successful in this role you will:

Have bachelor's degree with good industrial experience, with preference for an Engineering scientific or earth sciences discipline or relevant industry experience within product line
Show great experience of Reservoir Navigation Services or geo-steering
Have good interpersonal and leadership skills.
Demonstrate knowledge of drilling, LWD and wireline tools and measurements.
Demonstrate excellent proficiency and knowledge in RT log analysis
Have ability to manage multiple project and/or deadlines
Have good oral and written communication skills. Facility with other languages.

Running complex, high risk jobs
Building geosteering modelling
Coordinating expertise in one or more engineering and science disciplines across the technology project portfolio, assuring rigor is applied through the design and development processes.
Ensuring needed personnel skills and expertise are in place across the organization for the discipline.
Recognizing problems and providing solutions to mitigate or eliminate these
Working well with colleagues and customers across all businesses and cultures
Managing multiple project and/or deadlines
