Description
- OND, HND, or Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Marketing, or related field
- Minimum of 2–5 years’ sales experience within the HVAC accessories or building materials industry
- Strong understanding of HVAC consumables, ducting accessories, insulation products, and related materials
- Existing relationships within the HVAC industry will be an added advantage
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills
- Self-motivated, target-oriented, and able to work independently
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and basic CRM tools
- Valid driver’s license is an advantage.
Responsibilities
- Promote and sell HVAC accessories and consumables including duct tapes, aluminium foil tapes, insulation materials, flexible ducts, dampers, grilles, diffusers, sealants, fasteners, and related products
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the HVAC market
- Build and maintain strong relationships with HVAC contractors, fabricators, consultants, OEMs, and project managers
- Conduct regular client visits and follow up on ongoing and upcoming HVAC projects
- Prepare quotations, negotiate pricing, and close sales deals
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and pricing strategies
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely delivery and customer satisfaction
- Maintain accurate sales records, pipeline updates, and activity reports
