- You have 2 years of Sales experience in FinTech Microfinance, Insurance, Telecommunications, Mobile-Money, FMCG, or other products/services in Nigeria.

- We are looking for a Sales Executive to join our Sales team in Moniya, Oyo State where progress, and humility are valued as highly as technical excellence.
- Handling responsibilities from managing client relationships to nurturing leads and presenting our products to potential customers, you will uphold the brand values of M-KOPA as a front-line employee, achieving sales targets to drive revenue growth for the organization.

- You will monitor and deliver set sales targets within the designated territory.
- You will achieve and surpass sales targets of M-KOPA products by developing local networks.
- You will uphold the brand values of M-KOPA, including ensuring the M-KOPA retail point standard and guidelines are adhered to.
- You will recruit, train, coach, mentor & supervise a field-based team of Direct Sales Representatives (DSR) to meet the set targets in line with M-KOPA business goals.
- You will keenly monitor and evaluate the performance of DSRs to meet the performance standards.
- You will manage DSR inventory and resolve audit recommendations in line with M-KOPA audit resolution guidelines.
- You will design Sales and Marketing Strategy for the team to ensure Weekly, Monthly, and Quarterly sales targets are reached.
- You will monitor and analyze the performance of Marketing campaigns.
