Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, Industrial Chemistry, or a related field.
  • 3–5 years’ sales experience, preferably in water treatment, specialty chemicals, or industrial solutions.
  • Strong understanding of water treatment processes (e.g., boiler water, cooling towers, wastewater treatment) is an added advantage.
  • Proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets.


Responsibilities

· Identify and develop new business opportunities within target sectors such as manufacturing, food & beverage, oil & gas, power, and utilities.

· Promote and sell water treatment chemicals, dosing systems, and related technical solutions to existing and prospective clients.

· Conduct client needs assessments, site visits, and technical discussions to recommend appropriate water treatment solutions.

· Prepare and deliver technical and commercial proposals in collaboration with the technical team.

· Manage the full sales cycle from lead generation to contract closure and after-sales support.

· Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders.

· Achieve assigned sales targets and contribute to overall revenue growth.

· Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer requirements to inform strategy.

· Ensure timely follow-up on inquiries, quotations, and orders.

· Maintain accurate sales records, pipeline reports, and forecasts.
