Qualifications

  • Strong leadership and team management skills.

  • Identify new business opportunities, aggressively drive sales through teams or personally to ensure high generation of Revenue
  • Support the sales team in generating leads and converting them into clients.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing, potential clients and ensure customer retention.
  • Act as the main point of contact for key accounts, addressing their needs and concerns.
  • Track sales metrics and analyze data to make informed decisions.
  • Monitor and analyze sales performance and market trends.
  • Foster a collaborative and results-oriented sales culture. Prepare and present regular sales reports to senior management.
  • Provide accurate sales forecasts.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, industry regulations, and legal requirements.
  • Oversee the negotiation and management of contracts with clients.
  • Collaborate with marketing and operations teams to create compelling sales proposals and collateral and review with Top management.
