Responsibilities

  • Source and recruit competent riders to join the team.
  • Track and monitor the activities and routes of riders on duty.
  • Manage and resolve any conflicts or crises between riders and management promptly.
  • Ensure riders adhere to company policies and procedures.
  • Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide feedback to riders.
  • Develop and implement training programs for new and existing riders.
  • Maintain accurate records of rider activities, attendance, and performance.
  • Coordinate with the operations team to ensure timely and efficient delivery services.
  • Handle rider-related inquiries and complaints.
  • Ensure compliance with local transportation regulations and safety standards.
  • Facilitate regular meetings with riders to address issues and provide updates.
  • Support the HRand the Operations department in onboarding new riders and completing necessary documentation timely.
