- Under general direction, make sales calls and provide technical support to customers in a defined territory.
- Prepares for and facilitates sales calls and documents outcomes.
- Draws on knowledge of products and their capabilities to identify and troubleshoot/resolve basic customer issues independently.
- May need to escalate / involve more senior team members for complex customer issues.
- Provides feedback/insight on customer needs, competitors, technology, and other pertinent issues via CRM system/process.
- Bachelors degree and proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Power Point is required.
- No previous work experience required.
- Job requires travel up to 70% of the time.
