Senior Builder

• Coordinate daily site activities and construction operations.
• Supervise and direct site workers, tradesmen, and subcontractors.
• Ensure all work complies with drawings, specifications, and HSE requirements.
• Track daily labour and material usage and prepare progress reports.
• Work closely with site engineers, architects, and vendors to resolve issues.
• Conduct routine site inspections to ensure quality workmanship and timely progress.
• Enforce health and safety protocols among workers and report incidents immediately.
• Maintain daily logs of work done, workforce attendance, and equipment usage.
• Identify potential delays or issues and escalate to management proactively.
• Keen eyes for straight (vertical and horizontal) lines, surface finishes and finishing detailing.
• Daily or weekly site reporting.

Requirements

• HND / B.Sc. in Building Technology, Construction Management, or related discipline.
• At least 5 years of experience supervising construction activities.
• CORBON registration.
• HSE Level 1–3 Certification (or active process).
• Strong reading and interpretation of architectural / structural drawings.
• Leadership, communication, and conflict-resolution skills.
• Proficient in site documentation and reporting.
• Must be physically fit and willing to work under pressure on fast-paced sites.
