Duties

Leadership and Team Management:
- Supervise and coordinate the activities of restaurant staff during assigned shifts.
- Provide guidance, direction, and support to team members to ensure they understand their roles and responsibilities.
- Delegate tasks and monitor their completion to maintain efficient operations.
- Motivate and inspire team members to deliver excellent customer service.

Customer Service:
- Greet and interact with guests in a friendly and professional manner.
- Ensure that guests receive prompt service and have a positive dining experience.
- Address any guest concerns or complaints promptly and escalate issues as needed.
- Monitor dining areas to ensure cleanliness, organization, and adherence to company standards.

Operational Support:
- Assist with opening and closing procedures, including cash handling and reconciliation.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and sanitation standards.
- Perform regular inspections to identify maintenance issues and ensure equipment is in working order.
- Assist with inventory management and restocking supplies as needed.

Training and Development:
- Train new team members on job duties, policies, and procedures.
- Provide ongoing coaching and feedback to help team members improve their performance.
- Identify training needs and opportunities for skill development among staff.

Communication and Collaboration:
- Communicate effectively with management, fellow supervisors, and team members to ensure a cohesive work environment.
- Relay important information, such as menu changes or special promotions, to staff members.
- Collaborate with other supervisors and management to address operational challenges and implement improvements.
