Requirements:
- You have at least two to five years of work experience
- Minimum of 4 years’ experience of building an aggressive partner acquisition and onboarding of service partners, preferably within the FMCG space
- Proven track record of exceeding sales targets and building large client networks from scratch.
- Exceptional negotiation skills and a strong commitment to achieving measurable results.
Responsibilities
- SME Business Acquisition (The Hunt): Proactively identify, negotiate, and successfully onboard and grow a network of high-volume sellers
- SME Management & Retention: Serve as the primary contact for acquired partners, monitor their performance, measure their satisfaction, and ensure long-term, profitable relationships.
- Channel Expansion: Design and execute a partner referral program to incentivize existing partners to sign up new distribution points, rapidly scaling our network.
