Stockbroking Advisor

Client Acquisition & Lead Generation

• Identify and onboard new clients for brokerage and investment services.
• Generate leads through field marketing, referrals, networking, and digital channels.
• Convert prospects into funded and active trading accounts.

Product Promotion & Advisory

• Promote investment portfolios, equities trading accounts, and other financial products.
• Educate prospective clients on market opportunities and account opening procedures.
• Provide basic guidance on suitable investment options aligned with client needs.
  

Sales Performance & Target Delivery

• Meet assigned sales targets and defined performance KPIs.
• Drive fund mobilization and increase retail account penetration.
• Maintain high conversion ratios from prospect to active client.
  
  

Compliance & Documentation

• Ensure all onboarding documentation complies with KYC and regulatory requirements.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of client interactions and transactions.
• Adhere strictly to internal policies and capital market regulations.

Relationship Management & Market Intelligence

• Build and sustain long-term client relationships to encourage retention and referrals.
• Provide regular feedback on market trends and competitor activities.
• Support management with insights to improve sales strategies.
  
  

Job Requirements

• Minimum of OND, HND, or B.Sc. in Business Administration, Finance, Marketing, Economics, or related discipline.
• Prior sales or marketing experience (experience in financial services is an advantage).
• Basic understanding of financial markets and investment products.
• Strong interpersonal, persuasion, and negotiation skills.
• Self-motivated and target-driven with the ability to work independently.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and digital communication tools.
