Qualifications & Experience

  • 5 O’Level credits, including Mathematics and English.
  • NABTEB / City & Guilds (C&G) Technical or related discipline.
  • Minimum of one (2) years experience in a similar storekeeping or inventory role.
Responsibilities
  • Receive, inspect, and verify stock items against quality and quantity stated on delivery/freight documents.
  • Issue stock based on approved requisitions while ensuring compliance with standard procedures.
  • Maintain accurate records of all stock movements (inbound and outbound).
  • Enter and retrieve inventory data using a computerized inventory management system.
  • Organize and arrange stock items systematically for easy identification and retrieval.
  • Monitor stock levels and track material usage to ensure timely replenishment.
  • Notify relevant personnel when reorder levels are reached.
  • Participate in periodic stock counts and inventory audits.
  • Maintain up-to-date catalogs of available stock items in line with prescribed systems.
  • Ensure proper handling, storage, and preservation of materials to prevent damage or loss.
  • Identify and segregate obsolete or redundant stock for proper disposal in compliance with regulations.
  • Maintain a clean, safe, and well-organized store environment in line with HSE policies.
