Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Public Relations, Journalism, Marketing, or a related field.
- Postgraduate degree in Communications, Public Relations, Journalism, Marketing, or a related field is an added advantage.
Experience
- Minimum of 7–10 years of relevant experience in strategic communications, brand positioning, or content strategy
- Strong portfolio of high-level content and communication assets
- Demonstrated experience in global health, development, or public sector environments.

- Positioning and narrative document
- Messaging framework (messaging house)
2. Flagship Content & Communication Assets
- Corporate brochure (flagship deliverable)
- Donor & partner engagement deck
- Programme factsheets and briefs
- Organisational profile / one-pager
3. Thought Leadership & Digital Presence
- Social media strategy (LinkedIn-led)
- Content calendar + high-quality sample content
- 3–5 thought leadership articles (op-eds, blogs, LinkedIn)
4. Website Content Refresh
- Content audit and restructuring recommendations
- Rewritten core pages (About, What We Do, Impact)
5. Visibility & Influence
- 6–12 month visibility and engagement plan
- Strategic positioning across key platforms and audiences
6. Internal Enablement
- Communications toolkit (templates, guidelines)
- Internal alignment workshop
