Responsibilities
Work closely with the FirstBank Elephant Boys Governing Council to align team activities with strategic objectives.
Oversee the day-to-day management and administration of the team.
Establish clear performance objectives and monitor progress against targets.
Coordinate activities between players, coaches, and relevant stakeholders.
Serve as the primary liaison between the team and internal/external stakeholders.
Provide periodic updates and reports on team performance and activities.
Plan and manage training schedule, matches, and team engagements.
Ensure availability and proper management of team resources, equipment, and facilities.
Support player development initiatives and continuous improvement programs.
Foster a positive, inclusive, and collaborative team environment.
Ensure compliance with league regulations, club policies, and operational standards.
Represent the team in official engagements and stakeholder interactions.
