Proactively introducing and selling additional M-KOPA products to existing customers, implementing effective sales techniques to hit and exceed campaign conversion targets while maintaining high call quality, accurate records, and daily productivity benchmarks.
Building and maintaining genuine customer relationships; handling inquiries, concerns, and objections professionally, and delivering accurate, complete information on every interaction.
Tracking customer interactions and providing regular feedback to the Telesales Team Lead on campaign progress, trends, and anything that needs attention.
At least 2 years of experience in a corporate environment, with preference for candidates who've worked in BPO or call centre settings and understand what high-volume, quality-focused Telesales actually demands.
Strong verbal and written communication skills, a results-oriented mindset, and the discipline to consistently meet talk time and call handling benchmarks without cutting corners on customer experience.
