- Recruit, train, and supervise a minimum of 10 Financial Planners.
- Develop sales strategies and set sales targets.
- Monitor team performance and motivate them to reach targets.
- Compile and analyze sales figures.
- Manage major sales accounts.
- Collect customer feedback and conduct market research.
- Report back to Agency Manager.
- Stay updated on products and competition.
- Assist Financial Planners in setting and working toward definitive goals.
- Review unit progress daily.
- Assist in planning for future progress.
- Implement future plans.
- Gather market intelligence and advise Territorial Manager accordingly.
Relevant Experience:
- Must possess and know how to develop business ideas.
- Minimum of 24 months experience from a recognized Financial Institution, preferably from a well-known composite insurance company. Experience from an insurance company will be an added advantage.
- Must be conversant with insurance sales products and marketing.
