- HND / B.Tech / BSc. Mechanical Eng.
- Proven experience as a Utility Supervisor or similar role, with a minimum of five (5) years in utility maintenance.
- In-depth knowledge of AHOs, bore wells, compressors, chillers, vacuum absorption machines, plumbing systems, and related equipment.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize tasks, and work independently.
- Familiarity with safety regulations and environmental standards.

- Supervise and coordinate the maintenance and repair of utility systems such as AHOs, bore wells, compressors, chillers, vacuum absorption machines, plumbing systems, etc.
- Develop and implement preventive maintenance programs to ensure the efficient operation of utility systems.
- Coordinate with external vendors and contractors for specialized maintenance and repair work.
- Train and mentor utility staff in best practices for equipment maintenance and safety protocols.
- Monitor utility systems performance and identify areas for improvement or optimization.
- Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, equipment inventory, and service contracts.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and environmental standards in all utility operations.
- Respond to emergency situations and troubleshoot equipment malfunctions in a timely manner.
