Warehouse Operations Officer

Requirements:

- Minimum of OND, HND, or Bachelor’s Degree in Logistics & Supply Chain, Business Administration, Industrial, Management, Statistics, Economics, Engineering or related disciplines.

- University and Polytechnic graduates are encouraged to apply

- Strong numerical and organizational skills

- Basic proficiency in Microsoft Excel and computer applications

- Ability to work in a fast-paced operational environment

- Good communication and teamwork skills

- High level of integrity and attention to detail

- Applicants must reside in Port Harcourt, South-South/South-East region, or be willing to relocate and work in Port Harcourt

- Receive, inspect, and record incoming materials and finished goods

- Support inventory counting and stock reconciliation activities

- Ensure proper storage and FIFO/FEFO compliance

- Monitor warehouse cleanliness, safety, and organization

- Prepare dispatch documentation and coordinate loading activities

- Operate within established warehouse procedures and controls

- Work with production, procurement, and logistics teams to ensure smooth operations

- Assist in minimizing stock losses and operational inefficiencies

- Generate basic warehouse and inventory reports
