Requirements

A Bachelor’s Degree.
One year of a Professional work experience with at least six months in a Banking Industry.
Previous experience in direct sales or a customer-facing role is preferred.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Self-motivated and target-driven.
Good negotiation and selling skills.
Excellent presentation skills.
Good understanding of bank processes and procedures.
Strong networking and relationship management skills.

Responsibilities

Actively promote and sell the Bank’s loan and asset products, as well as account openings.
Identify sales opportunities and build relationships with prospective clients to grow the Bank’s customer base.
Achieve and exceed individual sales targets set by the Bank.
Strictly comply with all policies, instructions, and operational guidelines issued by dfcu Bank.
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales conversions.
Provide timely updates, explanations, and activity reports to the Team Leader or any designated authority within dfcu Bank.
Cooperate fully in responding to requests for information or clarification from internal stakeholders.
Carry out any additional duties, projects, or special assignments commensurate with your skills, as may be assigned by the Bank.
Work collaboratively when assigned to joint tasks with other DSRs or sales teams.
