We are seeking a friendly, organized, and reliable Receptionist to join our team. The Receptionist will be the first point of contact for visitors and clients, providing exceptional customer service and administrative support.


Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Proven work experience as a Receptionist, Front Office Representative, or similar role.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Professional attitude and appearance.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proficiency in speaking both Swahili and Luganda in addition to English.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Team player with a capability to work in a multidisciplinary team.

  • Greet and welcome visitors with a positive, helpful attitude.
  • Manage the enrolment process for new students, providing guidance and directing them to their appropriate levels after registration.
  • Answer, screen, and forward incoming phone calls.
  • Maintain the reception area, keeping it clean and organized.
  • Receive, sort, and distribute daily mail and deliveries.
  • Schedule appointments and maintain calendars.
  • Perform basic bookkeeping, filing, and clerical duties.
  • Assist with administrative tasks as needed.
