- Implement KAGIS interventions (menstrual health, dropout prevention) in partner schools, manage budgets, and oversee school partnerships.
- Track at-risk girls, ensure safety and WASH standards in schools, and handle child protection concerns.
- Mobilize stakeholders, address harmful social practices, and advocate for child wellbeing.
- Utilize data for program improvement, maintain MIS records, and mentor KAGIS Community Workers.
