Requirements
• Academic: Bachelor's degree in Mass Communications, Business or anyother related field from an accredited University. An MBA will be an added advantage.
• Professional: Relevant certification in radio broadcasting
• Experience: At least 7 years radio broadcasting experience with at least 3 years in a leadership role

• Develop and implement a comprehensive, digital-first programming strategy for the radio department, focusing on growth, engagement, and innovation.
• Lead and mentor a team of professionals, fostering a culture of creativity, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
• Works with the Commercial Teams to ensure programming and business strategies are aligned to deliver revenue targets.
• Continually gather and assess relevant market intelligence from the trade to inform the quality of decisions.
• Tracks progress of monthly and quarterly performance against operational targets and recommends necessary actions aimed at redressing performance shortfalls or other constraints.
• Oversee the production of high-quality, compelling radio content that resonates with and meets the needs of agreed target audiences, ensuring it is optimized for various digital platforms
• Directs research on the industry activities and utilises the results to enhance the stations' ratings
• Manage budgets, resources, and timelines effectively, ensuring projects are delivered on schedule and within financial guidelines.
• Ensure and enforce compliance with broadcast regulatory standards at all times
