This role is pivotal in managing relationships with influencers and creators, ensuring their seamless onboarding onto our platform, and overseeing all aspects of influencer projects and campaigns. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in influencer marketing, excellent communication skills, and a passion for collaborating with content creators.

• Knowledge of social media platforms, trends, and best practices.

• Familiarity with influencer marketing tools and platforms (e.g., influencer marketing software, analytics tools).

• Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities.

• Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.

• Passion for influencer marketing and staying abreast of industry developments.

• Onboarding Influencers: Facilitate the onboarding process for influencers onto our platform, ensuring a smooth and efficient experience. This includes guiding influencers through account setup, providing necessary resources, and addressing any inquiries or concerns.

• Relationship Management: Cultivate strong relationships with influencers and content creators, serving as the main point of contact for all communications. Actively engage with influencers to foster a positive and collaborative partnership.

• Campaign Coordination: Collaborate with internal teams to develop influencer marketing strategies aligned with business objectives. Coordinate all aspects of influencer campaigns, including content creation, scheduling, and execution.

• Project Management: Oversee multiple influencer projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to campaign objectives. Manage project timelines, budgets, and deliverables to ensure successful campaign outcomes.

• Content Approval and Compliance: Review influencer-generated content to ensure alignment with brand guidelines and messaging. Ensure all content complies with relevant regulations and guidelines.

• Performance Tracking and Reporting: Monitor the performance of influencer campaigns and initiatives, analyzing key metrics and providing actionable insights. Prepare comprehensive reports detailing campaign results and recommendations for optimization.

• Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including marketing, creative, and product teams, to align influencer initiatives with broader marketing strategies. Collaborate on integrated marketing campaigns and initiatives.

• Influencer Outreach: Identify and engage with potential influencers and content creators who align with our brand values and target audience. Develop and nurture relationships with new and existing influencers to expand our network.
