Description
The Outlet Assistant is Responsible for actively participating in the Outlet’s operations from stock receipt, weighing, icing, housekeeping, preparing customer orders, and promoting good customer relations.
The purpose is to ensure precision, quality, and efficiency at the Outlet, contributing to the overall sales targets and customer service, while adhering to safety and hygiene standards.
Key Qualifications and Work Experience required for the role:·
Minimum of Diploma or its equivalent in Business Administration or a related field.
Must have attained at least a Credit in Mathematics at UCE and a Principal Pass in Economics or Entrepreneurship Education at UACE.
2 years’ experience in fish processing/handling or a related field is advantageous.
Skills & abilities:
Customer management abilities and good Customer care skills.
· Good grasp of the English Language and local languages.
· Must be organized and accurate.
· Must be willing to work long hours when required.
· Be able to work in a multicultural environment.
· Ability to follow detailed instructions and work effectively.
· Knowledge of safety protocols and commitment to maintaining hygiene standards.
· Attention to detail in handling, sorting, grading, and packing fish.
· Willingness to learn and adapt to different processing techniques.
· Good communication skills and a positive work attitude.
