Description
The Chef will be responsible for food preparation, menu execution, kitchen management, and maintaining the highest standards of food quality, hygiene, and customer satisfaction.
Requirements:
- Minimum 3 years of experience as a Chef
- Certificate or Diploma in Catering, Culinary Arts, or a related field
- Ability to prepare quality meals consistently
- Strong knowledge of food safety, hygiene, and kitchen operations
- Creativity in food presentation and menu planning
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment

Responsibilities
- Prepare and present high-quality meals consistently.
- Plan, develop, and execute menu items in line with company standards.
- Ensure proper food handling, storage, and preparation procedures.
- Maintain high standards of kitchen cleanliness, hygiene, and safety.
- Monitor food quality, portion control, and waste management.
- Manage kitchen inventory and assist with stock control.
- Ensure timely preparation and delivery of meals during service.
- Collaborate with management to introduce new menu ideas and specials.
- Supervise and support kitchen staff where applicable.
- Perform any other duties as may be assigned from time to time.
