Support the maintenance of a safe and secure environment for patients, clients, staff, property, and hospital assets by implementing security procedures, investigating incidents, and reporting security concerns in accordance with institutional policies and procedures.

Duties and Responsibilities:

Assist the Head of Security in overseeing day-to-day security operations at the Institute.
Coordinate security desk operations and guard deployments within the hospital premises.
Participate in the planning, operational monitoring, and periodic evaluation of institutional security measures.
Safeguard hospital property, assets, official vehicles, visitors, and patient property.
Prepare incident reports, security shift briefs, and periodic surveillance logs.
Manage, deploy, and account for security equipment and materials allocated to the security department.

Person/Job Specifications:

Diploma in any field from a recognized institution.
Formal police, military, or certified professional security training.

Experience:

Minimum of three (3) years of relevant security experience in a reputable public or private organization.
