This is a full-time, on-site role for a Professional Gardener at Arcadia Suites Hotel Kampala. The Professional Gardener will be responsible for landscape maintenance, gardening, landscaping, irrigation, and garden design. They will ensure the hotel grounds are well-maintained, aesthetically pleasing, and in line with the hotel's overall ambiance.
Requirements
• Landscape Maintenance, Gardening, and Landscaping skills
• Irrigation knowledge and experience
• Garden design skills
• Physical stamina and ability to work outdoors
• Attention to detail and an eye for aesthetics
• Knowledge of plant species and their care
• Experience in maintaining outdoor spaces
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Prior experience in a similar role is a plus
• Painting skill is a bonus
• At least a Senior 4 certificate
