Supports the establishment of a Personalization capability in a specific Africa Region, Involved in Rolling-out developed analytical tools and toolboxes into regions and countries enabling the advancement of country-specific personalization journeys.


Requirements

• First Degree in Mathematical Sciences or related from a reputable Institution.

• Masters Degree In Business Commerce

• 5-7 years' experience, working with analytical solutions and products including in deep quantitative, analytics, and modelling environments with proven track record on delivering both customer and commercial outcomes.

• Experience working with customer conversation portals with proven track record in customer insights and analytics environment with end-to-end accountability on translating data in to insights and translating the derived insights in to actionable customer conversations delivering both customer and commercial outcomes

• To leverage our client’s voices through personalized and contextually relevant conversations for client-led products and solutions design and development.

• To collaborate with a multi-disciplinary insights and analytics team that partners in the design and delivery of personalized client conversations for Personal and Private Banking Clients, country.

• To co-create, administer and enhance a client conversation portal (e.g. NBA) enabling bankers to have contextually relevant and meaningful conversations with clients in partnership with in-country personalization teams,

• To build, maintain and enhance statistically robust and accurate campaign models to facilitate conversations, take-up optimization across acquisition, retention, right-sell, and cross-sell interventions for all PPB segments.
