Experience:
- Minimum7 years of experience in sales & marketing of commercial printing goods or
promotional giveaway items-
Minimum 3 years’ experience of managing a sales& marketing team of at least 10 individuals.-
Exposureto several technologies including: sheet fed offset, large format printing,digital printing, screen printing- Serving atleast 50 clients, and selling a minimum of 100 SKU’s

CommercialPrinting (books, posters, flyers, carnets), Large Format printing (billboards,

Profitability:- Achieving the sales targets as per the annual budget

PublicRelations:- Maintaining the strong reputation of the firm with clients
- Developing department specific marketing collateral & campaigns

HumanResources:- Managing Commercial Department sales & marketing team and related administrative tasks, alongside the other Sales & Marketing Manager – Commercial Department

Finance:Ø
Administrative- Record keeping (sample approvals, contracts, etc.)
- QMS/Environmental audit participation, if required
Ø
Production:- Coordinate with production team to ensure orders are delivered as per client requirements
