Assistant Lecturer - Department of Disease Control & Environmental Health

Key Duties & Responsibilities

1. Teach, examine and grade students;

2. Supervise research for students;

3. Mentor junior staff;

4. Conduct research and community outreach activities;

5. Write proposals for attracting funding to the department;

6. Perform any other official duties as assigned by the Head of Department

Required Qualifications

i. Masters of Public Health (Specializing in Occupational Health and Safety) or Masters in Occupational Health and Safety;

ii. At least an upper second Bachelor of Medicine and Bachelor of Surgery.
