• ICT literacy and proficiency, including Microsoft Office (Word, Excel), business email, phone and WhatsApp communication, QuickBooks. Experience with a digital booking management system is a plus.

Bookings

• Manage and strategically plan bookings using a digital booking management

• Maintaining contact (email/phone/WhatsApp) with Tour Operators and Direct Clients about existing bookings, making adjustments were needed.
